Sourcing and freight, handled by one partner
Most forwarders get involved only after your goods leave the factory. We work the other way around. We help you find the right factory, check it, consolidate the goods, and then move them — under one contract, with one person accountable.
That matters because the most expensive sourcing problems are not the unit price. They are the three-week delay nobody told you about, the cartons that do not fit the container, and the factory that blames the forwarder while the forwarder blames the factory.
How it works
- Requirement brief — specifications, target landed cost, quantity, and the compliance market you sell into (US, EU, UK).
- Supplier shortlist — three to five factories we have worked with or verified on site. Not a random marketplace list.
- Sampling and negotiation — samples, MOQ, lead time, tooling, and payment terms.
- Production follow-up — schedule tracking and a mid-production check, so surprises surface early.
- Pre-shipment inspection — quantity, workmanship, packing, labelling, with a photo report before the balance is paid.
- Freight and delivery — consolidation, export, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery under DDP or DDU.
Why source through your forwarder
- No three-way blame game. One party owns the outcome from factory to door.
- Freight is planned before production ends — carton sizes and container loading are designed in, not discovered at the port.
- One invoice, one contact. No reconciling separate supplier, inspector, and carrier bills.
- Consolidation across suppliers. We can combine goods from several factories into one shipment.
